   This little set of gadgets has all you need to tackle those pesky garlic cloves. If you love garlic as I do, and like to use lots of it in your cooking, you will find this very handy and efficient, whether you're dealing with one clove or a whole bunch. I like this method of mincing the garlic much better than the traditional garlic press, because the press is so hard to clean out, and I always thought it wasted a lot of garlic. This rocker style press works quickly and it's easy to scrape all the garlic off. Besides, for anyone with grip problems, it's better because you're using the pressure of your whole arm to rock the press, not having to squeeze it with your hand. A great concept.

   This is a very useful gadget and I hate gadgets. I generally just chop garlic but occasionally I need a finer cut and use a press. My old handle-style press was such a pain – hard to clean, hard to get the garlic out, and not really that effective at using the whole clove. I was skeptical about a rocker garlic press but I have to say that I love it! Super efficient, easy to use (I press multiple cloves at once and all the pressed garlic just sits nicely in the rocker ready to be dumped into the pan), relatively easy to clean (easier than a typical press), and doesn't take up to much space. The tools that come with the press are great – overall an excellent tool that I'd recommend – even if you hate gadgets!!
